Submit your garage door request here.
Once you submit your request the order processing will start in the following order.
- Formal quote will be sent to the person requesting the garage door.
- The Final measure will be scheduled. Once the final measure in complete, the final quote will be updated in case of rain lip cuts, bucks, high lift, low headroom, needed motors or accessories.
- An email will be sent to the requester to inform them whether the order has changed or remains the same. Approval will be required in accordance with your company policy.
- Once the deposit is received by the At Your Service accounting department the garage door will be ordered. Please note NO changes can be made at this point.
- The project manager will contact your office to schedule the garage door installation.
- After the installation has been scheduled your accounting department will be getting a final invoice for the garage door due on the day of installation.
- We aim to have stock doors installed in 14 days and factory doors in 45 days, Please be aware that lead times may be extended depending on the garage door and manufacture lead times. If you have a special request please reach out to your sales person.
Online Brochure Request
These brochures will be delivered by your sales person. If you are needing brochures sooner you are welcome to stop by the office to pick up. We keep most brochures in stock.
Online Swatch Request
Best Practice. The swatches are free to you. Give your customer a swatch color when you are selling the garage door. That will eliminate in color discrepancies. The swatches are the actual color on the actual material of the garage.
When ordering there is a woodgrain texture and stucco texture. All steel garage doors will have a texture. Please order the correct style you need
Canyon Ridge product is an overlay. This will be a wood like material. These samples are limited to 2-3 at a time due the quantities that we can request at a time. If you need something let your sales person know.
